Directions were horrible

I bought the stand for my desk as the whole work from home thing has been extended beyond what I had originally imagined. The stand itself is exactly what I needed. I have to knock a start off for the directions which were tiny and horribly wrong in some places. If you tell me that a piece needs a screwdriver it should not be a six sided round opening. That's an allen wrench. If you include three allen wrenches, tell me which one to reach for. Also, tightening the stand when you need to change the angle on the monitors is rather awkward. But the end result was fine. I even got customer service to replace a missing part without a lot of hassle.

Unstable

Constantly having to readjust it everyday. I missed the return window so I use stacks of old books to support the alignment on both sides. Trash.

Falls over with the slightest touch when monitors are attached.

With 3 monitors attached its very unstable. Haven’t even gotten to play any games on brand new monitors and the slightest touch knocked it over and all my monitors broke. Not worth the money for it to fall over as easily as it did. Now I’m down $800 for this junk stand and 3 monitors.

Great value

Cannot bring side monitors too far forward because it becomes front-heavy and unstable. Base does not extend beyond the center monitor, which is great for desk space. Little adjustment to align different size monitors. Otherwise, a great value.

very hard to put together, but not very sturdy, requires tighting all the time
