They should clearly state that you need a certain type of monitor for it to attach to the stand.

Poor Manufacturing Quality

The main coupler that's used to attached the two haves of the stand wasn't even machined to be able to thread each half together. From the other reviews on this product it seems like VIVO cant seem to have a consistent quality of this item so buyer beware of quality issues. Besides that the stand is very durable and made of strong materials and seems like it would last a long time.

Holds my monitors just fine

As you can see in the photo, it holds my monitors up. I have a 27" monitor on the bottom section and a 24" on the top. They are well supported and easy to install. I like the built-in cable management on the stand. It comes with two different clamps depending on the type of desk you have.I have a side-by-side mount and this vertical mount. I prefer this vertical set up because it causes less strain on my neck when needing to switch screens. I do some web development and it is very useful for testing webpages. I also prefer it when gaming because I can see Discord, Twitch, YouTube, performance monitors, etc., by moving my eyes instead of my neck.

Unboxed the assembly and noted that the A pole would not fit in the desk bracket assembly. Read a few other reviews and saw people had to reach out to manufacturer for replacement. Not going to bother, if this is what they ship, not worth my time.

Does exactly what I wanted

Works exactly as well as it needs to. I’ve got a 27” and 24” monitor and I used the clamp option with an ikea desk. It’s stable enough that I can slide my desk around and it doesn’t wobble.
