Works well for 2x22 in monitors

The range is excellent. It took about 40 minutes to set up a duel-monitor configuration for a large co-work desk.

Other fake reviews?

I purchased a similar item at Microcenter. I liked it, so I bought these after seeing all the 5 star reviews. This item is defective and will tip over unless you place the arms perfectly straight. This means there will be a huge gap in the middle and you have to place the monitors perfectly side by side.I watched a YouTube video because I thought the tip over problem could be fixed. However, the Youtuber said he had to put a dumbbell to anchor the item so it would not tip over... yet, he still said he recommended the product.Honestly, I this kind of product is not meant to tip over and you should be able to move the arms freely.

Solid stand for the price, was missing 3 pieces this purchase.

Solid stand for the money. Bought this 4 different times. Most recent purchase was missing 2 key components. The plate that goes through desk grommet to steady it and also the minimalistic plate for desk grommet. Two pieces that allow you to put on desk but not take up any space.

It Works

I had a stand like this back in the Stone Age when everyone worked in office buildings. Now that I work from home, I wanted a similar setup for the desk in my home office. The VIVO stand works pretty well with two ASUS VS247H-P 23.6" monitors. However, the VIVO stand is significantly lighter than the old stand I had. So much lighter that the stand is prone to tipping or sliding around when you try to adjust the monitors. To offset this, I clamped the stand to my desk with an Irwin quick clamp (link below) and it is now locked in place. For the price, I think the VIVO stand is great, however one downside is the hardware that’s included. The hex bolts that come pre-installed from the factory (for fine position adjustments) are fastened extremely tight and seem to be made of cheap, soft metal. So soft in fact, that a few bolts started to strip (while using the provided hex tool) as I tried to loosen them. I guess as long as you don’t plan on a adjusting the stand’s position often you should be okay.Clamp link:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00002244S/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
