Unparrellel monitors and the quality is really bad. Compared to YouTube video reviews and other images on the internet. At first I thought I must have been given a used return unit that they thought they could resell to the next customer or a demo unit. But looking at other legit reviews I have encountered the same problem. Everything came assembled unlike what I saw online or on YouTube which was the first hint, which is what I think caused some of the damage in transit (Metal parts loose in box scuffing and nicking each other). The second hint was the smudge marks, like someones fingers were on it. My main purpose in buying this was for the looks; no logo, clean clamp shape, and just a pole. Instead there are nicks, a weird tangency break at the arc cut box dust caught in the adhesive foam pad and the stamp cut + paint job itself is very poor. Again all things that did not show up on YouTube reviews or online images. My other assumption is that they switched to a poor quality manufacturer after building there brand reputation with a good quality manufacturer so as to get good upfront reviews and videos, then do a quick switch to net a lot of money, very common in industry. Which would mean this product might be defunct now and there is no correcting it with a replaced unit, just another poor quality one, which is something else mentioned in another review (returning and getting another defunct product.) You will also notice that the Vesa Mounting fixtures on the arms are not Parrellel, they are fixed with a compression rivet so you cannot twist them. Did not bother wasting the time installing. Included images below. I don't want to bother with a new product just send my money back.
The mount was well belt and extremely sturdy. The mounting options that come with it are plentily with makes it a great fit for many situations.
Came with the wrong size screws. Can’t even assemble it.
