Bad design for my monitor

This mount ended up being worthless for me. I have a 32" monitor with a VESA 100x100 mount. When attached, the vertical brackets are too close together to be able to hook it onto the wall brackets. So I went ahead and got some extender/adapter brackets to make it a VESA 200x200 mount. However, in that configuration, the vertical brackets now make it impossible to plug in the cables to the back of the monitor.

Heads up, fitment

Just a heads up. This does NOT fit a visio 47 inch TV. The largest hole spacing on the mount is about 2mm shy of fitting the holes in the TV

Cut some corners

Definitely some corners cut by the company to save some money. The piece to hold the glass shelf is made of plastic and not very durable where it really needed to be metal to be more secure. I have the PS4 on it in the guest room and while this will work for now, it is definitely going to weaken over time and anything on the shelf is gonna break. The mount for the TV is more secure so no worries there.
