Perfect for custom width desks!!!!

It’s perfect! I have carpal tunnel & previously my keyboard was on top of my desk, since it was intended to be a writing desk. I have sharp pains in my fingers so I searched all over for a keyboard pullout, and also I have the shelf under, so I had no room under the desk to use a drill for keyboard pullouts with screws needed to install. Every other keyboard pullout were the thin metal ones and were too wide. I know those aren’t sturdy. With this, I was able to use a scrap piece of wood, cut it to my desired width, and install it within 5 minutes & no screwing into my desk! It’s a win-win, I hate drilling into wooden desks In case I change my mind and want to repaint or resell. For the price this is insanely worth it and using wood makes it sturdier than the $60-$80 metal keyboard pullouts. I love this thing!!!!!

Very sturdy, easy to install and clamps on tight.

The VIVO clamp and rail set is extremely well built. All metal construction. The clamps are made of heavy steal, with a thick coat of paint. The rails have an upper and lower ball race so that the slides glide smoothly in and out, no binding. I choose the the clamp and rail set without a tray since I had wood available to make one and I was very satisfied with the result; no wobble and it looks nice. They also sell the rails with a tray which is a good way to go if you are not up to cutting up some wood.

Instructions are not at all clear

When you are charging 40$ for just the clamps without the tray, the decent thing to do is to atleast provide clear instructions for assembling the thing. Both clamp and railing has left and right marked on each of them. So it is as simple as attach left clamp to left rail and right to right, but when you attach left clamp to left railing it doesn't match the picture provided in the instructions. Images are supposed to provide better idea not to create confusion. It was kind of like seeing images in a mirror. Finally decided to ignore the image. And if only 2 screws are required to attach the clamp to railing, provide 4 holes?? And even if it is for flexibility, why show only 2 holes in the picture. Images were wrong and instructions were vague. The clamps are heavy and sturdy, and I drilled holes in my wood tray so I am going to try for a few days. Since it is very heavy I am worried if it would ruin my desk. Will return if not happy with it.
